How much is Bensons for Beds delivery and do they assemble your furniture?
If you’re spending over £100, Bensons for Beds offers free delivery on its orders (wonderful news!) and if your order is under £100, delivery costs just £4.99. If you’ve ordered some furniture like a mattress, bed frame or wardrobe, the Bensons for Beds team will even bring the furniture into the specific room you want it in, saving you a lot of bother trying to get it up the stairs or trying to squeeze it through doors.
You’ll get allocated a delivery date by email once you’ve made your order. Around 24 hours before your delivery is meant to arrive, a member of the team will contact you by call or text, re-confirming the delivery and asking for your preferred delivery time. Plus, on the day of delivery, you’ll be contacted by phone an hour before your order is expected, just so you know exactly when it’ll be arriving (handy!).

Does Bensons for Beds take away and recycle your old mattress?
You can get your old mattress taken away by Bensons for Beds and it will be recycled. When your old mattress gets recycled, it can be used for carpet underlay, automotive felt and acoustic insulation, so very handy indeed!
When you order a new mattress online with Bensons for Beds, you will be sent a green recycling bag, which will arrive before your delivery date. 48 hours before your expected delivery, you’ll get a call or a text from your servicing Delivery Centre. This is the ideal time to get your mattress ready for collection. With the green bag you were provided, pop your mattress in it and make sure it’s securely sealed, undamaged and that it’s placed somewhere that is easily accessible for the delivery crew, but not somewhere where the mattress could get wet (so avoid putting outside).
Bensons for Beds can also recycle your old divan bed, but not headboards or bed frames. To get your old divan bed ready to be collected, you need to unbolt and empty it and put it in a green recycling bag that has been provided by Bensons for Beds. Make sure it’s sealed up properly and that the bag and bed are undamaged.

Does Bensons for Beds offer a guarantee?
You’ll be happy to hear that Bensons for Beds does offer a 5 Year Guarantee on all its mattresses, beds, bedroom furniture and sofa beds, so you can buy your bedroom essentials with peace of mind. You’ll also be happy to hear that the 5 Year Guarantee is free of charge! Not only does Bensons for Beds offer a guarantee on beds and furniture, but you’ll also get a 1 Year Guarantee on products like bedding and rugs. The 5 Year Guarantee and 1 Year Guarantee don’t include clearance products, but no need to worry, these items may still have a guarantee from the manufacturer of the product.
The guarantee applies to faulty items and they will either be repaired or replaced. To claim your guarantee, you can either email the customer support team at [email protected] or call 0333 222 6800.
