T3's mission is to seek out and showcase beautiful things that help you live a smarter, better life. To do this, we curate the latest tech, home, outdoors and lifestyle products to ensure you only ever buy the best of the best. Things you'll cherish and enjoy using.

T3.com is one of the UK's leading consumer lifestyle websites and T3 magazine is its print counterpart. The T3 brand is over 25 years' old – T3 magazine launched in November 1996 and the T3 website launched in 1998 at T3.co.uk before moving to T3.com in 2007. T3's Wikipedia page (opens in new tab) covers some of our history. You can also follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram

We present products in helpful buying guides and carefully curated deals posts across style, living, auto, smart home, watches, travel, fitness and more. We truly do have the best of everything.

T3 magazine is published 13 times a year and is available in print and digital formats (opens in new tab). The T3 website is updated daily. We're delighted that over 10 million people visit T3.com every month and 38,000 people buy a copy of T3 magazine every month.

Below are the current T3 editorial staff along with their contact details.

Paul was previously Global Editor-in-Chief of T3, TechRadar and BikeRadar (not all at the same time) and has also worked on numerous print titles before that. His claim to fame is that he once co-wrote the scripts for a Radio 2 documentary series about the history of the internet which was presented by Kate Thornton.

Mat has 17 years of consumer publishing experience as a content manager and editor and has been writing about tech for over 15 years. He has held positions at What Digital Camera Magazine, Amateur Photographer Magazine, Time Out and others.

Rob covers the latest in computing, gaming, mobile, and home entertainment technology. Feel free to contact him with any related products, events, and announcements.

Duncan Bell T3

Duncan has been writing about tech for over a decade and has seen more than any man should see, tech-wise. He is widely regarded as the best-dressed man ever to work for T3, but accepts that is not saying much.

As the Style and Travel Editor, Spencer covers everything from clothes to cars and watches to hotels – everything that's cool, stylish and interesting, basically. He is actually the best-dressed man ever to work for T3, despite what others may tell you.

Ruth Hamilton T3

Ruth is in charge of T3.com's Outdoors and Wellness articles. She covers camping gear and equipment for outdoor activities of all kinds, and is also the person to get in touch with for anything to do with mattresses and sleep accessories. Ruth has also worked at Creative Bloq and Computer Arts magazine.

Being T3's very own health fanatic, Matt heads up T3's Fitness channel, and writes about all things fitness and nutrition. In the mornings, you can find him in the kitchen preparing his meals for the day with a kitchen scale and a pipette. Matt loves writing about exercising (both in and outside the gym), running (shoes, races, clothing), cycling (bikes, gear), nutrition (supplements, dieting), fitness tech (wearables, recovery) and anything in between.

Mike has been covering consumer technology for over 15 years, providing work for a number of high-profile websites, newspapers and magazines. At T3 he primarily handles mobile phones, tablets, streaming, gaming, laptops and computing products.

Yasmine Crossland T3

Reviews Writer for T3, Yasmine, started writing reviews in 2019 and is always knee-deep in the latest products. She keeps a finger on the pulse when it comes to the most exciting and innovative tech and is happy to tell you exactly what she thinks about it too.

Matthew is the Staff Writer for T3, covering news and keeping up with everything games, entertainment, and all manner of tech. You can find his work across numerous sites across the web, including TechRadar, IGN, Tom's Guide, Fandom, NME, and more.

Troy Fleming T3

As Deals Editor, Troy seeks out and finds the best deals across the web on the products that help readers of T3.com and their families live smarter, happier lives.

Our PR, reviews and ethics policy

We take pride that our reviews are independent and free from commercial considerations. We never take money for reviews. Nothing that has a star rating has been paid for.

Separate to our editorial content and process, we do run advertorial feature content which is clearly marked and tagged as ‘sponsored’.

We sometimes take trips and hospitality to attend shows and see products. It doesn’t affect how we think about products, but does affect whether we cover certain products (as in we may not have been able to get to see a certain product had the company not taken us to see it).

Almost all our review products are sent to us by the companies involved and almost always as a result of our request. We only review the products we think are worth reviewing. We always return products on request or at the end of our agreed loan period.

In our reviews, we score products on a scale from 1 to 5 stars. Products that score one or two stars are best avoided. Three stars is a good to very good product, four stars is an excellent product. Five stars is never awarded lightly and is a mark of exceptional quality. Read our How We Test page for more information on our reviewing process.

Affiliate & Advertising disclosure

We always aim to provide unbiased editorial created by our journalists and writers. We also need to pay our teams and website costs so we make money in a number of ways. We sometimes use affiliate links to products and services on retailer sites for which we can receive compensation if you click on those links or make purchases through them. From time to time we also publish advertorials (paid-for editorial content) and sponsored content on the site. When this is the case the content is clearly marked as sponsored or promoted, so you’ll always know which content is editorial and which is not. Future PLC is our parent company and has an in-depth terms and conditions page with a lot more information that you can read right here

How to pitch stories to T3

Please pitch by email primarily and include images or links to images wherever possible. Please don’t pitch by Twitter or other social media platforms.

Phone calls are fine, but if it’s to ask whether or not you should send a press release then please just send it if it is relevant.

We rarely cover products sent in on spec so please check with us before sending review samples.

We don’t cover startups, business or industry stories, fintech or financial results or individual apps (unless part of a larger app roundup, which we occasionally do). We also rarely publish stories based on surveys or similar – we publish depending on the strength of a product.

We rarely cover crowdfunded projects and if we do, the projects we cover will generally have already reached their funding goal.

Privacy policy

T3 is part of Future PLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please have a look at our in-depth privacy policy.
